Chef Brock will now be a featured regular every other week on ABC 33/40 Talk of Alabama. She will be making all the recipes you know and love along with demonstrating some top secret cooking techniques. So if you always have trouble deciding what to cook or need a little something new be sure to check her out on ABC 33/40 Talk of Alabama. Her segments will air twice a month on Thursdays @9am!!
